The new season at the market has already started for us for 2021. We are back to the beautiful little farmer’s market in Prenzlauer Berg at Seelower strasse, every Saturday from 10-4pm. This year we sell two varieties - Koroneiki and Kalamon - of the finest quality of olive oil (cold pressed), directly imported from our farm in Southern Peloponnese. We also sell a special soap made also in Laconia region with the finest quality of olive oil. Two of our new amazing products that we are about to bring in Berlin are: mountain tea and oregano, both imported from the mountain Parnonas. Kalamon olive oil: A beneficial oil for your health

The Kalamon variety has the most Oleocanthal (very beneficial for health) of any variety in the world, when it is oiled, according to Prokopis Magiatis, professor of Pharmacy at the University of Athens, who spoke about the latest clinical and scientific data on the beneficial role of high phenolic olive oil in health, at the 4th Olive Oil & and table olives Festival that took place in Kalamata in 2018. This is one of the main conclusions of the Aristoil program so far, as he said referring to the oiling of the Kalamon variety, but also to the oil of Koroneiki and Athenolia, but emphasizing that 72% of the samples of Greek olive oils that have been examined, may have a claim to health. We got news that our olive oil this year is excellent as usual. Low acidity, good color and amazing taste. This year, We will bring olive oil from two different varieties (koroneiki and kalamon). As for the Laconian extra virgin olive oil is considered one of the best in the country. Koroneiki variety of olives that  the Southern Greek - Laconian olive oil is mainly from, is listed as one of the best varieties in the world. The chemical characteristics of Koroneiki oil are simply perfect. This cultivar is suitable for an early, excellent, extra virgin olive oil. Tfhe Koroneiki olive has one of the highest oil contents (20-30% oil), yet it is very small and difficult to cultivate. The overall yield of oil per tree is still a lot lower, but its return is exceptional quality.
