Several of my friends send me photos of the meals they prepare with our olive oil. It’s something I absolutely love and I would like to thank them so much for it. Here we see the traditional, Greek salad. A healthy dish of the Mediterranean diet that should never be missing from our table.

How do we prepare a Greek salad for two people? It is very simple: We need two tomatoes (preferably organic), one red onion, half a cucumber (medium size), organic oregano (preferably from the southern Peloponnese), Kalamata olives, a green paprika and optionally feta cheese on top. We chop everything and mix it all together with our extra virgin olive oil and optionally a splash of vinegar. Within a few minutes the Greek salad is on your table.
