As I already mentioned in previews posts, in these difficult times, networking among farmers is super important if we want to sustain high quality agriculture in Europe. Definitely it is not an easy task due the climate conditions and high costs. Few weeks ago, I got the following beautiful pictures from my friends of the Flämingo farm project in Brandenburg. They got a bottle of the latest harvest as a present from a friend of theirs who visited my stand at Herrfuthplaz market. Today, with this post, I would like to thank Manuel and pilz und baum "frische regionale Pilze aus eigenem Anbau" from Brandenburg for the delicious mushrooms he offered me the other day. Food networking in the area of Berlin is so important don't you also think so? Good foods helps us fight the Berlin winter we have in front of us. With a box of mushrooms (the one in the picture), we have cooked at least three times gorgeous dishes based with garlic, oregano and indeed olive oil.
