Scope of personal data processing<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n

If processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or a third party, and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not prevail over the first interest, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR as the legal basis for processing.<\/span><\/div>\n
Data erasure and storage duration<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked in accordance with Articles 17 and 18 of the GDPR as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory storage requirements. If the data is not deleted because it is required for other and legally permissible purposes, its processing will be restricted. This means that the data is blocked and not processed for other purposes. This applies, for example, to data that must be stored for commercial or tax law reasons.<\/span><\/div>\n

The processing concerns customers, prospects, business partners and website visitors. The purpose and our interest in the processing lies in the administration, financial accounting, office organization, archiving of data, i.e. tasks that serve to maintain our business activities, perform our tasks and provide our services. The deletion of data with regard to contractual services and contractual communication corresponds to the information mentioned in these processing activities.<\/span><\/div>\n
We disclose or transmit data to the tax authorities, consultants, such as tax accountants or auditors, as well as other fee agencies and payment service providers.<\/span><\/div>\n

                    Storage in log files is done to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, the data helps us to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. These purposes also include our legitimate interest in data processing in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point f GDPR. An evaluation of the data for marketing purposes does not take place in this context.<\/span><\/div>\n
                    The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of data collection for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended.
